SPD Chart
Vertically Inverted Unit Chart (x=1, x=10), Cropped
SPD (Speed) is the average travel speed of the vehicle when moving from one place to another.
The first three rows are for ground units, while the next three are for aircraft. Empty cells mean that a vehicle cannot have that USI-rating configuration; choose a higher rating. Values in the chart are given in km/h.

The tables above will help you build the stats for a vehicle. Use the steps given below to help you put vehicles together until you memorize the process:
1) Decide whether your vehicle will be land-based or air-based.
2) Pick a USI (Unit Size Increment) value for your vehicle. This value should be derived from how big you think the vehicle will be.Use this size comparison chart to get an idea of what USI you should assign to the vehicle:3) A vehicle's stats are derived from its USI first, and then the vehicle's rating in that specific stat. Please note, a rating is not the actual stat! The rating simply gives you the stat.
USI Size Comparison 1 Crystal Hawk 2 Trike 3 Claw-Tank 4 Armored Drilling Unit 5 Two Shuttle-Lengths 6 Four Shuttle-Lengths For any vehicle, regardless of the USI, you are given 16 rating points to distribute among the stats HP (Hit Points), WP (Weight Points), AGL (Agility), and SPD (Speed).4) Now that you have decided upon the stats for your vehicle, work out the price using the table below, the vehicle's USI, the vehicle's type, and the number of stats which you have used (dependent on research level).
There are optional stats, including DP (Damage Points), HVC (Harvest Capacity), CR (Carry), and SR (Stealth Rating). Each optional stat adds 3 rating points to your distributive total (except for DPM, which adds 4 rating points; DPM is optional simply to allow for the creation of unarmed vehicles), but there is an added cost for each additional stat.
The rating of any given stat must be in the range of 1 to 9. Some tables are cropped, meaning there are less than 9 rating options for that particular stat.
Use the USI value decided upon in the first step to find the right row in each table, then use the rating points to find the correct value for the stat.5) Begin production. The cost of the vehicle must be paid before the production of the vehicle begins.

(7 days) Once the vehicle has been paid for, production can begin immediately. Make an entry in the Vehicle Production table, and when the Production time is completed, the vehicle can be logged on the Astro Hangar page and either stored there or moved via the Army Movements table on Mars Battlegrounds.6) Optional: You may wish to add your vehicle's blueprints to the bottom of this page, so that you can easily re-produce it.
You are allowed to increase the quantity of vehicles produced in a single round, however, if you change the quantity, you must also change the cost (multiply individual cost by quantity) and the production time (multiply production time by quantity).
Use the following production blueprints to re-produce vehicles.
