 | The goal of training is to be able to sign up for roles on the Alien Base page. All jobs fall under one of the following categories: Infantry, Engineering, Piloting, Technology and Research, Espionage, and Leadership. Each role has training requirements for it. Train hard, and you'll be eligible for powerful positions.

You receive 3 training points per week of active service* to divide between your characteristics (training fields). At the end of each week, you may add your 3 points to your stats on the census page.*A week of active service is a week in which you make at least 1 role specific post. Arrangements can be made for vacation, speak to your leader.
You may also choose to do extra training on the training grounds, although this will cost you money. You will earn 1 training point for each additional session you do. You are limited to 3 additional training sessions per week. Each extra training session will cost you money, which can be payed after you start the session. The current price is listed below. To sign up, write your username in the specified location below, and include the number of sessions you wish to participate in and the cost of your training.

Train NPCs
You must be Rank 3 or above to train NPCs. You may use corporate money to pay for NPC training, but don't go crazy. You are limited to training 2 NPCs per week. Remember to add them to the population on the census page.
