Update 5.26.14 (Phobon Opening Speech):
Hello, people of Mars. Our day is about to begin. About a month ago, we discovered the technology of the dimensional door, and stepped through a million light years in mere seconds. We fixed some issues there, and now several of the ancient cities have been rebuilt and made habitable for all of us! From that moment a new era dawned, it is time for our imperial age! Thousands of years we spent cut off from the glory of our past, and now nothing stands in our way from at least living where that golden era once happened. This will be known as the most important time in the history of our race, and you, yes you, get to be a part of it! I am about to cut this rope, then you may walk through. We'll show you the way to a city of your choice, including a rather awesome underground one. You can enjoy most of the things you enjoyed home on Mars. You can even communicate with your families with our PhoMars network. *cuts rope* Follow me, and you Martians will become... Phobians!

Update 5.25.14:
It's almost time for my long-belated arrival on Mars, and the opening of Phobon to the public. I have lots to do when I get back and much of it is classified, but I may give Draco's AI discovery a try and make my own personal AI. My quest with the Phanzxics was almost a total waste, but I think I may have uncovered the purpose of the quest, since I have evidence to believe I have psionic power. We have also gained an enemy that we're pending a declaration of war for. The Imperials, which are a faction of Vissers that attacked us on Trin'Ackisti. They may be a common enemy between us, the Astros, and the Vissers...

Update 5.6.14:
I am currently in space over Trin'Ackisti. Instead of demonstrating Psionics, the Ionte'Ner simply sent us on a goose chase. We're being attacked now, by who I have no idea. It is definitely not the Astros though. At least I'm close enough to contact Phobon, the signal is not that great though.

Map:
Univere Map (prototype)

Update 4.17.14:
I am travelling through space with the Vissers, stopping at other advanced planets in search of a race with psionic affinity. I believe there is one out there that they call the Ionite'Ner or something. I have learned more about the technology of other races, which can push my crew's studies to new heights. I currently do not know when I'll get back.

Some Alien Talk Show 4.12.14:
Hello everyone I'm your host here today on that one talk show on Mars. You know, the one with no name *crowd laughs*. Well here we have just found out that our king and his vice have discovered the way to Phobon! This is big. They just came back, but there's no word about colonizing there. I'll hand it over to my friend here Marklar and see what he thinks *crowd cheers*. Marklar: I dunno man. I think they found Vissers there that they don't wanna tell us about. They'll probably deal with them. I mean, I think our technology is amazing and we could totally beat them. They'll let us start living there when those Vissers are cleared. Host: You think so don't you? Do you think it's possible that we could ally the Vissers. Marklar: Well that'd be a bad idea. They decimated us once, and we shouldn't just pat them on the winged back for it should we? I did see a lunatic running through the streets the other day shouting that Vissers are our friends though... Host: Well that is indeed interesting *crowd laughs*. Well we'll see you guys next time on Some Alien Talk Show! *music as camera cuts off*

Update 4.9.14:
We've finally did it. We reached the World of Light! It looks just like I imagined it. The strange thing is that the Vissers overrunning it don't have an interest in attacking us. We're keeping our guard up. If we can find a place to rebuild a city and guarantee safety from Vissers, we will recolonize at once and then we can restore our species and be able to call ourselves Phobians proudly.

Update 3.14.14:
The Vissers have left mars, and we failed to capture even one. This is an unfortunate setback, as we could've learned unimaginable things with a Visser specimen in our hands. No matter, I feel we can achieve our main goal without a captured Visser, it'll just be more difficult. Millions of years ago, Vissers took everything we knew, we were lucky to be alive. We've advanced since then but we are hardly a spacefaring race.

Marsbar News Report 3.8.14:
Here with local news, it appears that criminal organizations throughout Marsbar City are disbanding. They say there's another organization killing them off. The leader of one group in particular (called the Kesshohyo triad) claims that he barely escaped with his life. There were some aliens he couldn't see. They forced his triad to surrender. Who are these strangers? Some believe they are Astros, however that is very unlikely, others say it's the same military squad that Vice Leader Redsnapper39 used to defeat the Shadow Mafia. We would like to interview Redsnapper, but his location is classified as he focused on the Arms Race with the Astros.

Update 3.5.14:
After scanning the night sky, we have found out that the World of Light in ancient martian mythology is in fact a real planet. It's drifting rogue in the Andromeda Galaxy. There may be Vissers on it.

Update 3.4.14:
A spacecraft has been detected to land in our atmosphere. It is not human. It landed and set up a base in the old temple that's just outside Astro-claimed grounds. After reading Astro reports... They sound exactly like the notorious Vissers. This can be bad.

Update 2.18.14:
Nothing but cold war for a long time now. The work that my fellow scientists and I are completing -as well as our own leader Draco's contributions- amazes me. Fighting could break out any day now, so soon we'll have to put these new weapons to use. Mars, the planet of war, hasn't seen major war in more than a century, but now it's become a powder keg ready to blast. This might be a good thing though, it'll give us motivation to push science to its limits and amaze ourselves with what technology can do.
.
Update 2.8.14:
We met with the major leaders of the Astro faction's military. The king has decided not to declare war as long as the Astros keep their end of the deal. But I have a feeling it's only a matter of time before fighting breaks out. A friend of mine (actually more of a crazy hermit that lives in a small cave several miles from the hive) who claims to be psychic says that if war does break out it will be the most iconic war in the entire universe. He also senses the presence of another threat. Vissers...

Update 1.29.14:
I have a territory map of all of mars
unfortunately it is too large to fit in my notes, so goherefor it. As both of our sides claim land, the green and the orange will expand.

Update 1.28.14:
Tensions with astros have increased. It's time to get to business. I'll be practicing strategy and mind games at the nearest breeding pit while directing the development of technology at the lab facility. If I'm needed I'll also head to battle. Mars is ours!

Update 1.25.14: (VIPL War address)
Hello people of mars. I'm the VIPL of our military and our kingdom. I haven't been in this position for that long, but I do have a history of leadership. I sense a challenge coming already. In case you live under a rusted rock, sapient beings from our neighbor planet Earth, that's right, humans, have landed on our planet. What many may not know is that compromise with them is failing and we may find ourselves at war soon. I personally haven't been involved in war in over a decade. That was the Shadow Mafia Crisis. I also have a feeling other factions from other worlds may soon become a threat. Always be prepared but never be afraid. ~Vice Leader Redsnapper39, Astro war address

UPDATES FROM BELOW THE --- LINE ARE FROM BEFORE THE RESET AND KEPT FOR HISTORIC PURPOSES

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update 1.1.14:
The universe has reset. In the end, I returned to the satellite because I was enslaved when I accidentally absorbed a voidwalker. I was given 2 souls, one was corrupted and belonged to the voidwalker, which took over the other one, my normal soul. My normal soul was about to become one with the satellite, but then the corrupted one interfered. The satellite awakened something ancient, the soul had to be destroyed in the process, but somehow it survived, and I left with it, no longer enslaved by the voidwalker. The absorbed cater, astro, and void-destroying minerals were destroyed in my escape, however I am still in my distorted form with Phobian/Visser DNA. The satellite awakened something ancient..... Something almost as old as time. It stayed awakened for the universe's reset. I doubt we'll see it for a long time though.

Update 12.##.13 (JUDGEMENT DAY):
Y͙͍͓̦̮̲̹o͙̦̖u͕͙̣̙͖ͅ a͍r͇̠̣͙e͖̗̤̙̘̥̪ ̯̣͙a̘͔̪l̦͇l͇̬̬͇ ̼͕͇͉̬̳ͅmy ̜̦̥͖ͅs̜̪l͓̤͉̟av͍̙̳̫͓̗̠e͈̬̠s̤̗̝!̘͚̻!̯̳̖̬

Update 12.26.13 (LIBERATION DAY):
OPERATION SKYCUTTER HAS BEGUN- the fleet is visiting any planet that a hostile race (especially void) has been discovered in.
Some of my memories returned. I remember why I disappeared for two years. A Void (actually an Unidentified, since this was before the transfiguration) managed to kill me, but my soul didn't die; it was just left drifting in another universe that was merely the size of a singularity (infinitely small). Two years later, it was forced out, right into the abandoned satellite, and quickly reformed the body that once housed it. My soul is bound to something inside that satellite. It tried to become one with it. I escaped before that could happen, but a bodiless lifeform gained limited control of my mind. It's trying to get me to return to the satellite, but it is unintentionally keeping me away from it instead. If my soul is allowed to conjoin with whatever's in the satellite, hell will break loose.
Luckily, the civilization on Phobon is running smoothly, so my fleet does not have to go anywhere near there.

Update 12.23.13:
I have hired a large squadron of HALFs to help hunt the Void when Operation Skycutter comes to play. I've also, in my distortion form, absorbed weapons made of the different minerals that voidwalkers are weak against (copper, silver, etc). But I'm being watched. The abandoned satellite above Phobon appears in my dreams every night.

Update 12.18.13:
Astros attempted to destroy RSU. While we had no trouble thwarting their plans, It's still concerning that they entered the planet at all. That itself is a huge achievement. We're trying to figure out how they made it past the shower of lasers and antimatter that greeted them upon entering the planet. I've decided to declare order 773414. A device had been given to us a while ago, and order 773414 is the command to calibrate it.

Update 12.5.13:
Huh? Strange things are happening to RSU's network, and I don't think it has to do with Marscommander's hack. Just look at the update below this one. I think I remember having a headache around the time that appeared. Maybe something is messing with my brain. Something is happening here, and I don't know what it is yet.....................

Update xx.?.99:

Update 12.2.13:
I finished research on Core Propulsion. Now we're building a Core Propulsion Vessel. It's a device that will make the Ultimate Base mobile. Operation Skycutter is predicted to stir up the final battle. All of mars will likely be liberated by the beginning of 2014, then we may even take over Earth.or....The Void

Update 11.24.13:
An angel... thing told me to go to a spacecraft orbiting Phobon... But I'm skeptical about this. Because of what else is orbiting Phobon. The abandoned place I woke up after my period of disappearance, The first place I was ever legitimately scared. I must never go back there, Simba.
I theorize that the unidentified ARE the void. The void is the final form of the unidentified that they metamorph to over time.

Update 11.23.13:
I've upped my ultimate base. I'll do more research then come out. We found a way to change the size of the dimensional door, so that we can send the entire fleet occupying the planet into it.

Update 11.21.13(#2):
I'm finally back after all this time, but the aliens still have some procedures to do before I can regain the control I had before I stopped existing. I hope they'll finish that up soon. I also put all my updates in reverse chron order so the new ones are easier to see.

Update 11.21.31:
H- hello? Is- is someone there..? I've b- been trapped for years. What happened to my people while I was gone? Maybe I can find someone.... But I don't know where I am. It's so dark in here..... <><>br<><>

(the 2 year gap here is due to my mysterious disappearance)

Update 12.10.11:
We might have a new ally now! There is a species made of plasma that live on Haleys Comet (and have a colony in low orbit to the sun). They are pretty much mini-suns. They live by nuclear fusion instead of breathing, and they will supernova after they die. Their leader is an older form of this species (he's the last living of the old kind). Haleys comet is passing earth and mars now (in the rpg, not in real), so they can help us.

Update 12.9.11:
After being rescued, I reveal the plans of the Vissers, which I've found out during captivity. The Vissers are trying to get astros, aliens, zerg, and many other factions througout the universe to unite against the Unidentified. The catch is, everyone also must give loyalty to the Vissers. All they really want is to get rid of the unidentified so nothing can stand in the way of them ruling the universe. Anyone who refuses to the deal will be forced to join.

We need to decide what to do!

Update 12.8.11:
The Protoss have got to go! This war just gets more of an annoyance than a challenge because of them. PS: investigation suggests that the Unidentified are older than the universe itself. Still stuck in visser captivity. Hope to get out soon.
