About the MMW

The Mars Mission Wiki (abbreviated MMW) was created in late May 2008 by our founding member Fastpaw as a Wiki for fans of the LEGO theme Mars Mission. When LEGO discontinued the Mars Mission theme in 2009, it became the MMW's mission to petition LEGO to bring the theme back for another run. Over the years, the MMW formed a community of dedicated members who loved working on projects and sharing what they had built with each other. As site activity decreased in the late 2010s, this site has become an archive of fan projects and information for the fan-favorite theme.
